An Activist Journey

Mediacorp artistes Joanne Peh and Paige Chua trek into the deepest ends of Asia. They meet with those left behind in the continent’s margins - Indian child workers, abducted women from Cambodia, Filipino street children, Thai AIDS orphans, and Japanese tramps. But these groups aren’t altogether forgotten, for they too have those that fearlessly champion their cause. But the work is heavy, and the laborers few. Are they able to finish what they began?
